Storm and I - 2014

It is often said that momentous change rides the wings of tragedy.

Stormborn Dobermans is a promise I made to a small creature the entered my life August 13th 2013 at 8:45am and left it November 23rd 2013 at 3pm. Her name was Nightshade and she was my first Doberman. My promise to her is to do everything in my power to help the Doberman breed get back to a place where it is healthier and has more longevity. I aim to do this by working closely with the medical community to help fund research for genetic disease as well as providing genetic data (DNA) and lifelong medical updates on all my dogs – from my foundation bitch Storm to the very last dog I breed sometime in the future.

Every litter I have is carefully planned and with the intent to further my goal of breeding the complete Doberman – Temperament, Structure, Health, and Longevity. My puppies are raised in a loving and highly active home, they are introduced to the Super Puppy methodologies early and through-out their time with me. They meet people of all ages and types and have car rides and adventures. This helps them go home as bomb proof puppies ready to start their life with their new family. Bringing home a Stormborn Doberman puppy is an extension of my family into yours.

All of my dogs are shown in AKC Conformation and are judged against the Breed Standard and only retired once they have achieved their Grand Championship. We begin Obedience at a young age and enjoy Barn Hunt, Agility, Coursing, Fast Cat, Cat, Scentwork/Nosework and are looking to begin Agility and Lure Coursing.

Stormborn Dobermans is located in Yelm, Washington about 40 minutes east of Lacey.
